The web application automates Kotak Life's online PCVC (Pre-issuance Video Calling) process. By integrating the company's CRM with a Personalized Video Solution, it removes many of the manual procedures, improving both speed and efficiency.
This streamlined approach not only simplifies the onboarding journey but also enhances the customer experience. With key steps automated, new policyholders can complete onboarding faster and more smoothly, aligning with Kotak Life's commitment to service excellence.
