"My Buddy" addresses these issues by offering personalized dashboards for RMs, an extensive product library, and essential training tools like Connect to Product and NTB Tools. Additionally, the app enhances team management for supervisors, allowing for better guidance and oversight of their teams, resulting in improved productivity.
