Responsibilities

• Jack of all Master In - You must have best in one technical stack like PHP and jack of subset.
• Should have a good industry proven work experience as a Team Lead. (at least a team of 5 should be handled before)
• Own the software architecture solution and technology selection.
• Design, develop and modify modules based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure the team works within the agreed timelines.
• Ability to work with diverse team to get them focused over a common goal.
• Able to evaluate, appoint, promote and side align the team member by judging them through performance metrics.
• Suggest and organize team building activities to keep team dynamics at high level.
• A good solution provider by knowing the client business by putting your feet into his shoes.
• Should have a good development experience so able to help troubleshoot issue with developer.
